The device has a frame-sided locking unit arranged at a double-winged movable glass door (1). The locking unit is pivotably formed in a plane that lies transverse to a door leaf plane of a fixed wing (2). An actuator cooperates with the locking unit and is movable transverse to the door leaf plane of the fixed wing. The actuator is movably guided in a housing. The actuator is actuatable with a movable wing (3) of the door. The locking unit is pivotably arranged at a hinge arm that co-operates with the actuator.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur automatischen Verriegelung des Standflügels (2) einer zweiflügeligen Tür, insbesondere einer Glastür (1). Um eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die einfach zu montieren ist und gegenüber verschleißbedingten Abnutzungen unempfindlicher ist, wird mit der Erfindung eine Vorrichtung der vorgenannten Art mit einem rahmenseitig der zweiflügeligen Glastür (1) angeordneten Riegelelement (5), das in einer quer zur Türblattebene (4) des Standflügels (2) liegenden Ebene verschwenkbar ausgebildet ist, vorgeschlagen.
