[origin: EP2090764A1] The device has upstream and downstream bearing supports (19, 23) mounted on an inter-turbine casing (25), and bearings (2, 4) mounted on the bearing supports, respectively. A low-pressure turbine journal (20) is rotated with respect to the inter-turbine casing. A fixed ferrule (48) and an oil passage (44) are provided in the low-pressure turbine journal to discharge the oil inside the fixed ferrule. The ferrule is widened from an end at which the oil is discharged.
