Abstract (en)
The method involves requesting an access to a secured space (10) and/or a service by a user by reading an access pass e.g. passport, and delivering authorization or refusal of access by a microprocessor. An access unit i.e. ticket barrier (4), is opened for accessing the space or the service, if the access authorization is delivered. Waiting time for accessing the space and/or service is estimated. Information representative of the waiting time is delivered to the user. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for controlling access to a space and/or a service by a series of users (2) a computer program product comprising a set of instructions to implement a method for controlling access to a space and/or a service by a series of users.

L'invention concerne un procédé de contrôle d'accès d'une série d'utilisateurs à un espace et/ou un service particulier, comprenant les étapes suivantes, pour chacun desdits utilisateurs : - demande d'accès audit espace et/ou audit service par ledit utilisateur, délivrant une autorisation ou un refus d'accès ; - ouverture de moyens d'accès audit espace ou audit service, si une autorisation d'accès a été délivré ; - estimation d'un délai d'attente avant l'accès audit espace et/ou audit service lorsque ladite ouverture est différée; - délivrance audit utilisateur d'au moins une information représentative dudit délai d'attente, Selon l'invention, l'étape d'estimation tient compte d'un nombre d'utilisateurs ayant déjà franchi lesdits moyens de contrôle d'accès et restant en attente dans ledit espace et/ou dudit service.
