[origin: WO2008061714A1] A gritting device for assembly on a carrier vehicle includes a grit container for stocking dry grit (1) with a grit conveying device (2), a liquid container for stocking liquid with a liquid conveying device, an output device (4) for moistened grit, and a supply device (9) which is fed with dry grit from the grit conveying device (2) and with liquid from the liquid conveying device, and the output device is loaded with moistened grit. The supply device (9) has an air inflow opening; within the supply device (9), a blower is arranged which includes a motor-driven impeller and which produces an air stream flowing in the same direction as the grit passing through the supply device (9).
