Abstract (en)
The applicator (1) has a longitudinal base (2) made of hard plastic, and connected with a stem. A tubular bristle unit (3) has bristle-like, radial protruding projections made of soft plastic. The bristle unit is fixed opposite to the base, and base has an annular bulge (6) that engages with a ring groove (7) of the bristle unit. A fixation cap is fitted on the base at a free distal end (8) of the bristle unit. The fixation cap has a stem projection that contacts a recess of the base. The stem projection has an annular bulge that is locked in the ring groove.

Bei einem Applikator, insbesondere für Mascara, Haarfärbemittel oder ähnlichen Kosmetika, umfassend einen länglichen, mit einem Stiel verbindbaren Grundkörper aus einem vergleichsweise hartem Kunststoff und einem rohrförmigen Borstenkörper mit borstenartigen, radial wegstehenden Ansätzen aus einem relativ weichen Kunststoff ist zur Erzielung einer vorteilhaften Herstellbarkeit und stabiler Gebrauchseigenschaften vorgesehen, dass der Borstenkörper (3) gegenüber dem Grundkörper (2) axial fixiert ist.
