[origin: EP2092984A1] A water dispensing device (1), specifically a shower arm, comprises a head (8) having a lower surface (10) provided with a lower dispensing area (14) for a spray jet and an opposite upper surface (12) provided with an upper dispensing area (18) for a flat jet. The head can be rotated, so that in the raised configuration dispensing of a spray jet is enabled and in the lowered configuration dispensing of a flat jet is enabled.
