Abstract (en)
The device has a discoid dressing tool (10) including a predetermined flank form and a defined header radius (R). The discoid dressing tool has an asymmetrical flank form. A flank (12) forms an angle of 20 degrees, and another flank (14) forms an angle of 12 degrees. The header radius represents 0.5 millimeter. The discoid dressing tool is strengthened by a hardening component. The discoid dressing tool is supported at its flank with a coarse grain, and supported at its radius with a fine grain. An independent claim is also included for a method for prototype and small scale production of a gear wheel.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Prototypen- und Kleinserienfertigung von Zahnrädern mit einer Abrichtscheibe. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Abrichtscheibe eine asymmetrische Flankenform sowie einen definierten Kopfradius auf. Des weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Prototypen- und Kleinserienfertigung von Zahnrädern unter Verwendung einer derartigen Abrichtscheibe.
