[origin: EP2093023A1] The device has a carrier plate, in which a passage opening is formed, and in which a pressing device (10) with a guiding device (12) is inserted. A clamped pressing rod mechanism is adjustably guided along their axis in the carrier plate. The pressing rod mechanism has two telescope-like telescope elements (20, 22) that are adjustable to each other and project from a front side of the carrier plate. The telescope elements are adjustable into the guiding device against a force of a flexible clamping device. The guiding device does not project from a rear side of the carrier plate. An independent claim is also included for a pressing device for fastening at a carrier plate of a device for clamping parts.
