[origin: EP2093146A1] The method involves conveying a blank (11) for a package (10) to a folding device (12), particularly a rotary folder. The blank is partially folded to the package in a folding unit. The folding is finished after ejection of the partially folded blank from the folding device. The partially folded blank is rotated in a turning station (18) after ejection from the folding device. The package is again rotated in another turning station (42) after ejection from a drying device. An independent claim is included for a device for manufacturing the packages for the cigarettes of a flip pack type.
