Abstract (en)

The device (100) has a carrier layer (110) for closing a perforated wall region of a closed container (10) in which a steam outlet channel (115) is formed, where the carrier layer is made of food safe polymer or metal material. Humidity in form of water vapor is withdrawn from air contained in the closed container through the steam outlet channel. A steam absorption layer (120) is arranged downstream to a steam outlet direction of the carrier layer. The absorption layer absorbs the water vapor withdrawn from the container through the steam outlet channel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a one-way food package comprising a packing bowl (2) a food storage container comprising a storage bowl.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Entfeuchtungsvorrichtung (100; 200; 300; 400; 500; 600) zur Entfeuchtung der in einem geschlossenen Behältnis (10; 20; 30) enthaltenen Luft, mit einer Trägerlage (110; 210; 310; 410; 510; 610) zum Verschließen eines perforierten Wandungsbereich des Behältnisses (10; 20; 30), in der mindestens ein Dampfaustrittskanal (115; 215; 315; 415; 515; 615) ausgebildet ist, über den Feuchtigkeit in Form von Wasserdampf aus der in dem geschlossenen Behältnis (10; 20; 30) enthaltenen Luft austreten kann, und einer in Dampfaustrittsrichtung der Trägerlage (110; 210; 310; 410; 510; 610) funktional nachgeschalteten Dampfabsorptionslage (120; 220; 320; 420; 520; 620) zur Absorption des über den mindestens einen Dampfaustrittskanal (115; 215; 315; 415; 515; 615) aus dem Behältnis austretenden Wasserdampfs.
