Abstract (en)
The method involves forming two similar pieces on an edge of an adhesive layer by machining process, and providing a transversal piece by a line of process. A formed piece is provided and integrated as a connection element on sized edges of the similar pieces. An esthetic cover sheet is integrated on a U-shaped profile, so as to form a cut with respect to the U-shaped profile by a transverse branch. Two L-shaped profiles are provided and used for covering sides of structural expanding frames, where L-shaped profiles are used as an L-shaped lateral profile (3).

Procédé de fabrication de profils pour cadres extensibles, composé de la formation de deux pièces similaires disposées l'une face à l'autre, sur lesquelles une pièce transversale est collée, également formée préalablement, l'ensemble fournissant un profil en U sur lequel une feuille de couverture esthétique est intégrée, pour obtenir par une découpe par la branche transversale dudit profil en U deux profils en L applicables pour les côtés des cadres extensibles.
