[origin: EP1947378A1] The panel has a rigid substrate coated with an electroconductive coating, which powers LEDs and comprises a layer having one face that reflects visible light. A coating has an electroconduting structure transparent to the visible light and situated in side of a reflecting side of the reflecting layer. The structure is pyrolytic or vacuum magnetron structure, where the structure is obtained by magnetron sputtering.
