Folding table comprises a central part (1) having table legs (3) and further table legs (6) for lateral table tops (5) connected to table tops via connecting elements (8) which are hinged in the end region of the table tops facing the central part. Es wird ein Klapptisch beschrieben. Der Klapptisch besitzt ein Zentralteil (1) mit einer zentralen Tischplatte (2) mit mindestens drei Seiten und mindestens drei seitlichen Tischplatten (5), von denen jeweils eine scharnierartig mit einer Seite der zentralen Tischplatte verbunden und aus einer Klappstellung etwa senkrecht zur zentralen Tischplatte in eine Gebrauchsstellung in einer Ebene der zentralen Tischplatte verschwenkbar ist. Das Zentralteil und die drei seitlichen Tischplatten besitzen mindestens ein Tischbein (6), wobei das Tischbein am Zentralteil (3), die Tischbeine an den seitlichen Tischplatten und die seitlichen Tischplatten etwa gleich lang ausgebildet sind. Der Klapptisch zeichnet sich sowohl im Gebrauchszustand als auch im zusammengeklappten Zustand durch eine besonders gute Standfestigkeit aus.
