The profile-rolling machine (100) has two rolling jaws (110-1,110-2) which are displaceable relative to each other for rolling the profile in a blank (200), if the blank is inserted between the rolling jaws. A drive unit (120) is provided for the operation of the rolling jaws relative to each other. An insertion unit (130) is provided for inserting the blank in a delivery rail (300) between the rolling jaws. An engine of another drive unit (140) is formed in the form of a servo motor.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Profilwalzmaschine zum Walzen eines Profils auf einen Rohling 200. Zu diesem Zweck umfasst die Profilwalzmaschine 100 eine erste und eine zweite Walzbacke 110-1, 110-2, welche mit Hilfe einer ersten Antriebseinrichtung 120 relativ zueinander hin und her verfahren werden. Die Walzbacken sind auf ihren gegenüberliegenden Seiten profiliert. Das Profil wird auf den Rohling eingewalzt, wenn sich der Rohling zwischen den Walzbacken befindet. Zum Einsetzen des Rohlings 200 zwischen die Walzbacken dient eine Einsetzeinrichtung 130. Sie wird mit Hilfe einer zweiten Antriebseinrichtung in Form eines Servomotors in eine Hin- und Herbewegung versetzt.
