Abstract (en)
The method involves stacking a print product by a paper stacking device in pack units. A stack of printed paper sheets is manually cut by a guillotine cutter, while another stack is provided, or the sheets are automatically cut by machine on a cutting line. The cut stack of the sheets is stored one after the other on a conveyor belt that is assigned to the cutter and/or the cutting line and is transported to processing stations. The cut stack is seamed in the processing stations and/or is packed and/or is welded in a film and/or is labeled.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Produktion von Druckerzeugnissen aus Papier und deren Weiterverarbeitung nach der Papieranlage und dem nachfolgenden Druckvorgang in einer Druckmaschine, wobei die Druckerzeugnisse mittels einer Papierstapeleinrichtung in Packeinheiten jeweils einer bestimmten Anzahl von bedruckten Papierbogen gestapelt werden. Das Verfahren ist so konzipiert, dass bei der Weiterverarbeitung von bedruckten Papierbogen vorteilhafterweise Arbeitskräfte und damit Personal- bzw. Lohnkosten und Fertigungskosten eingespart werden, weil weniger Arbeitskräfte nötig sind. Außerdem werden verfahrensgemäß Verwechslungen oder Untermischungen bei der Weiterverarbeitung ausgeschlossen.
