Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2096077A1] The device has a wheel frame (1) supporting a telescopic arm assembly. The assembly is constituted of sliding units, a lifting jack (4a) and a telescopic control jack (4b), and articulated to a rear side of the frame around a horizontal axle (5). A person receiving basket (P) is mounted on the assembly. An auxiliary load lifting unit (6) has forks (6a), and lifts a load (C) from the ground to the basket. The auxiliary load lifting unit is secured to the basket and the wheel frame.
