Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2096221A2] The block (10) has formwork parts (12, 14) made up of stonework material, and connected with each other by non-adjacent connection parts (16A, 16B). A central space (18) between the formwork parts receives a central connection part made of a thermally insulating material ensuring continuity of thermal insulation with the connection parts. The formwork parts are arranged without an internal wall next to the connection parts so as to allow mechanical connection between the formwork parts via the central connection part during casting of concrete shells in each formwork part. An independent claim is also included for a method for construction of a wall from a construction block.
