[origin: WO2008071546A2] The present invention relates to the use of a composition comprising active substances which are obtainable from plants of the genus Styphnolobium for the treatment of hair, especially for stimulating hair growth, reducing hair loss and for strengthening the hair. The active substances are preferably obtained from the leaves, flowers, stalks, roots, tubers and/or seeds of the Styphnolobium plants, preferably from the flowers.
