Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2098303A1] The system has a chamber (1) with suction channels (12, 17), and manual coating stations (2, 3) with a suction channel (16) and a suction pipe (21). Post filters (15, 20) are connected with the suction channels of the chamber and the suction channel and the suction pipe of the coating stations. Switching controllers (24, 25) switch between the suction channel and the suction pipe of the coating stations and the suction channels of the chamber. Each coating station has a suction opening connected with the suction channel of the respective coating station. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a coating system.
