Abstract (en)
The assembly has a glove compartment case (10), and an additional support structure (12) that is indirectly connected with a transverse support structure (24) of a motor vehicle, where the additional support structure is designed as spatial rod-supporting framework. The additional support structure is arranged in the connected state with respect to the glove compartment case in such a manner that collision forces acting on the glove compartment case are received by the additional support structure. The transverse supporting structure extends between A-columns of the vehicle.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Armaturentafel-Baugruppe für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Handschuhfachkasten (10) und einer zusätzlichen Stützstruktur (12), welche zumindest mittelbar mit einer Tragstruktur (24) des Kraftfahrzeugs verbunden werden kann und im verbundenen Zustand derart in Bezug auf den Handschuhfachkasten (10) angeordnet ist, dass auf den Handschuhfachkasten einwirkende Aufprallkräfte im Wesentlichen von der Stützstruktur (12) aufnehmbar sind.
