Abstract (en)
The method involves filling a free-flowing goods in a valve sack (4) during a filling stage by using a filling pipe (3), and providing a slow-down phase for evacuating the valve sack in a slow-down stage. A pressing force is exerted on the valve sack by using a pressing device (5), until a predetermined reduction of the volume of the valve sack is achieved. A value for the volume of the valve sack is detected by a detection device and a removal signal is provided, such that the pressing force on the valve sack is reduced and the valve sack is removed from the filling pipe. An independent claim is also included for a device for filling a flexible container e.g. sack, with free-flowing goods.

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Befüllen von Säcken (4) mit schüttfähigen Gütern (18), wobei ein zu befüllendes Gebinde mit einem Füllorgan (3) über einen Füllprozess befüllt wird. Dabei umfasst der Füllprozess einen Füllabschnitt (40), einen Beruhigungsabschnitt (41) und einen Abnahmeabschnitt (42), wobei während des Füllabschnitts ein schüttfähiges Gut unter Zugabe von Luft in den Sack eingefüllt wird und in dem Beruhigungsabschnitt eine Beruhigungsphase zum Druckabbau vorgesehen ist und in dem Abnahmeabschnitt der Sack von dem Füllorgan abgenommen wird. Dabei wird in der Beruhigungsphase mit einer Presseinrichtung (5) ein Pressdruck auf das Gebinde ausgeübt, um das Gebinde zu entlüften und das dem Gebinde zur Verfügung stehende Volumen zu reduzieren, bis eine vorbestimmte Verringerung des dem Gebinde zur Verfügung stehenden Volumens erreicht wird, woraufhin der Pressdruck der Presseinrichtung auf das Gebinde reduziert und das Gebinde von dem Füllorgan abgenommen wird.
