[origin: EP2098468A1] The device (1) has a holder (5) for sheet-like objects (2) i.e. cardboard blank, where a moving mechanism (6) defines a movement path (7) for the holder. The movement path exhibits a linear section (7a) for receiving the objects by the holder. The movement path exhibits another linear section (7b) for depositing the objects by the holder. The sections run perpendicular to a sheet plane. A movement of the holder takes place in the sections around an axis (8). The moving mechanism includes a carrier element (10) designed as a lever, and another carrier element (12) designed as a rotor.
