[origin: EP2098635A2] The device (10) has a constant part (30) or a fiber feeder is attached to a multi-layer headbox (12) for feeding of nozzle partial areas (24', 24'') adjacent to a lamella (26) over turbulence producing sections (20', 20''). The lamella exhibits rigidity (S) in cross section of 10 nanometers, where the rigidity is defined in preset equation. A mechanical unit (32) is provided for variable adjustment of different speeds of partial beams (14, 16) by machine width changes of geometry of one of the nozzle partial areas. The lamella is partially made of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic and metal.
