[origin: EP2098657A2] The device (10) has a main-inlet device (14) for main discharge of water into a main-discharge pipe. An emergency-inlet device (16) is provided for discharging water, which is accumulated on an orifice of the main-discharge pipe in a preset emergency discharge height, into an emergency-discharge pipe by pressure flow. The emergency-discharge pipe extends over a part of length inside cross-section of the main-discharge-pipe and includes a free cross-section smaller than that of the main-discharge pipe. The main-inlet device includes a lip with cross-section much large as the orifice.
