Abstract (en)
The method involves producing a drill (65) in surface of a contact piece (64) for forming a damper element (68). The drill is partially filled with an elastically hardened casting compound. An interruption device is inserted into the drill before filling with the elastically hardened casting compound. A connection line (67) is arranged in the drill. A mask is applied on the hardened casting compound. Another drill (66) is produced in the contact piece. A third drill is produced in the piece and is provided with sensor elements. An independent claim is also included for a contact unit i.e. brush unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kontakteinheit (63) sowie eine Kontakteinheit, insbesondere Bürsteneinheit mit zumindest einem Kontaktstück (64), zumindest einem Anschlussleiter (67) und zumindest einem Dämpferelement (68), zur Ausbildung des Dämpferelements eine Ausnehmung in einer Oberfläche des Kontaktstücks erzeugt wird und nachfolgend die Ausnehmung mit einer elastisch verfestigbaren Vergussmasse zumindest teilweise verfüllt wird.
