Die casting mold comprises a fixed plate (4) with a feed pipe (7) for molten metal, a central plate (3) with a mold cavity and an outer plate (2) which also has a mold cavity (9). One of the movable plates has grooves (12) connected to the mold cavity, into which extruded profiles (8) fit. The mold is sealed and the profiles fixed in position when the plates are brought together. An independent claim is included for a die casting method using the mold.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Druckgießvorrichtung (1) mit einer ersten Formplatte (2), die eine erste Gusskavität (9) aufweist und mit einer zweiten Formplatte (3), wobei die erste und die zweite Formplatte (2,3) zusammen eine Form (19) bilden, und mit einer dritten Formplatte (4), die eine Eingießvorrichtung (7) für eine Schmelze aufweist. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die erste und/oder die zweite Formplatte (2,3) mindestens eine in die Gusskavität (9) übergehende Aufnahme (12) für mindestens ein Einsetzbauteil (8) aufweist und durch Zusammenfahren von erster und zweiter Formplatte (2,3) eine Abdichtung der Form (19) und ein Festklemmen des Einsetzbauteils (8) erfolgt. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein entsprechendes Verfahren.
