[origin: EP2101543A2] The control device (11a) has filter units (23a,24a) and an electric rectifier unit with a static frequency changer and intermediate circuit for power supply of induction heating units (14a,15a,16a,17a) over that electricity network or network phase. An additional static frequency changer is coupled behind one of the filter units for induction heating units. An independent claim is included for a method for control of induction heating units of an induction cooker.
