[origin: WO2008084505A1] An underwear garment (10) comprises a front portion (12) and a rear portion (14) that are joined to form a pair of boxer shorts and further an underpants portion (16) that is arranged within the underwear garment. The underpants portion 16 substantially extends at the front portion (12) of the boxer shorts. The underpants portion (16) is connected to the front of the boxer shorts at least one tract of the upper edge (18) of the front portion (12) of the boxer shorts and at a further tract (20) in the rear thereof/ which is arranged between the crotch (24) of the boxer shorts and the upper edge (22) of the rear portion (14) of the boxer shorts. The underpants portion (16) comprises two free sides (32) that are associated with containment elastic elements (34) . The underpants portion (16) is connected to the front of the boxer shorts at least one tract of the upper edge (18) of the front portion (12) of the boxer shorts and at a further tract (20) in the rear thereof which is substantially arranged at the middle panel (46) of the rear portion (14) of the boxer shorts.
