Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2910508A1] The panel (I) has a plaster core (2) with large surfaces associated to solid and durable cardboard sheets (3-1, 3-2) for forming a flat and rectangular plate. The cardboard sheets are associated to a decorated paper (4) that covers a surface of the panel. The decorated paper is impregnated with melamine based resin e.g. melamine/formaldehyde mixture or melamine/urea/formaldehyde mixture, at temperature in the range between 185-187 degree Celsius for ensuring connection between the cardboard sheets and the decorated paper. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a plaster based covering panel.
