Said method is characterised in that it consists of the following steps: a postal item is received in a container in which said postal item is stored; said postal item is then dispatched from the container; a dispatch process is detected; dispatch data is then stored and/or transmitted to the dispatch process. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out said method and to a logistics system.
