Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2103498A1] The carriage has a deck with a mobile platform (22) placed against a door (10) of a railway vehicle. The mobile platform is movable in vertical translation such that height of the platform is variable to adapt the height of the platform to the height of a railway platform. A footboard (26) is movable in a vertical translation along a transversal direction to fill a width space between the mobile platform and the railway platform when the footboard is in a deployed position. The mobile platform and the footboard are displaced in vertical translation independent from each other.
