The structure (10) has slides fixing the structure with a storing carriage. The slides are arranged to permit the structure to occupy a loading position in which a bumper (12) is rest horizontally, and a storage position in which the bumper is rest vertically. Rotating shafts are arranged at the center of lateral posts (14), and rotate the structure between the loading and storage positions. Connection units (18) connect the bumper to the posts, and are provided with hooks (20). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for rotating a bearing structure (2) a method for loading a bumper on a bearing structure.
