The shelter has a roof (2) comprising a framework provided with two parallel rafters (13) extending along an axis (X). The rafters have supports (4) projecting along an axis (Z) perpendicular to the axis (X). Recesses are arranged between two supports, and blades (3) extend along an axis (Y) perpendicular to the axes (X, Z). The blades close the passage between the rafters, and cover the rafters in one of positions, where the blades are housed in the recess in another position. A driving unit drives the blades between the two positions in rotation.

L'invention concerne un abri de protection de plein air, présentant une toiture (2) comprenant : -une charpente munie de deux chevrons (13) parallèles s'étendant selon un premier axe (X), ces chevrons présentant chacun des supports (4) en saillie selon un deuxième axe (Z) perpendiculaire au premier axe, des évidements étant ménagés entre deux supports adjacents; -des lames (3) s'étendant selon un troisième axe (Y) sensiblement perpendiculaire aux premier et deuxième axes, les lames étant montées à rotation au niveau de l'extrémité de supports respectifs entre des première et deuxième positions angulaires séparées d'au moins 110°, les lames (3) obturant le passage entre les chevrons (13) et masquant les chevrons dans la première position, les lames étant logées dans l'évidement dans la deuxième position ; -un organe d'entrainement (6) susceptible d'entraîner les lames entre les première et deuxième positions en rotation.
