[origin: EP2103817A2] The sensor (2) has a housing longitudinally surrounding a sensor device, where the housing has a main part, which is opened downwards and defines a recess (44). The main part has two side walls (13, 14) for defining side surfaces, where the side walls limit a retaining chamber (23), which is filled with casting compound and fitted with the sensor device. A support surface (67) lying directly below the recess has a support bar (68), which supports and limits the retaining chamber and bypasses a distance between the side walls. An independent claim is also included for a working apparatus comprising a working device with two components that are movable relative to each other and a sensor.
