[origin: FR2910645A1] The method involves measuring parameters representing eye/head behavior of the wearer and determining a central zone on an ophthalmic lens, whose diameter depends on the measured parameters of the head. A peripheral zone on the lens is determined. The lens is optimized under the conditions by applying power target and optimized values in the central zone and the target values of the parameters in the peripheral zone in a given opposite direction.
