Abstract (en)
The method involves providing an intermediate piece in soft material e.g. collet (12), piercing a hole in the intermediate piece, and mounting the intermediate piece on a support shaft, where the intermediate piece defines a face (18) and an edge (20) around the hole. A piece in hard material e.g. hairspring (10), is pierced by an opening. The piece in hard material is placed on the edge of the intermediate piece. The intermediate piece is deformed in a manner to integrate the pieces axially and angularly to form an assembly. The assembly is mounted on the shaft. An independent claim is also included for a collet-hairspring assembly comprising a flange that is folded over an intermediate piece.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'une pièce en matériau dur (10) sur un axe support, comprenant les étapes suivantes : i. se doter d'une pièce intermédiaire en matériau tendre (12), percée d'un trou (16) et destinée à être montée rigidement sur ledit axe support, ladite pièce intermédiaire (12) définissant, autour du trou, une portée (18) et un rebord (20), ii. la pièce en matériau dur (10) étant percée d'une ouverture, ajuster ladite pièce en matériau dur sur le rebord de la pièce intermédiaire, en appui sur la portée, iii. déformer la pièce intermédiaire (12) de manière à solidariser axialement et angulairement la pièce intermédiaire et la pièce en matériau dur, lesdites pièces formant ainsi un ensemble, iv. monter rigidement ledit ensemble sur l'axe support.
