Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2108599A1] The piston has front and rear flexible sealing lips (20, 21) staying frontwardly, and provided at a side wall (12). The side wall comprises a circular or disconnected front protective edge (30) and a rear protective edge (33) before the sealing lips. The front protective edge covers a portion or the sealing lip in an axial projection, and is arranged at a piston shoulder (11). The front edge is protruded by the piston shoulder, and the rear protective edge is arranged at a rear end of the side wall. The rear edge is extended opposite to the side wall at a dimension. An independent claim is also included for a combination of a cartridge and a cartridge piston.
