A road safety barrier (1) for motorcycle accidents is disclosed, comprising a plurality of uprights (101) that support a vehicle safety barrier (100) disposed at a certain height from the road surface (T), deformable spacers (3) made of shaped sheet steel, mounted on the uprights (101), and a plurality of segments of strip (2), made of shaped sheet steel, fixed to the spacers (3), so as to be disposed between the road surface (T) and the vehicle safety barrier (100) at a certain distance from the uprights (101).
