Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2911889A1] The device has a control tube (4) provided with a male type maneuver end fitting at one end and a gate valve at another end, where the gate valve supplies water to a vertical conduit (3) from a main water supply system. An inlet (8) is connected on the conduit to receive fire extinction pipes. The inlet has a sealing knob (9) carrying a vane (15) cooperated with the control tube or with a wall of the conduit to prohibit the breaking of the knob in the inlet.
