Abstract (en)
The method involves applying a layer on a substrate (2a), where the layer is made of a plastic adhesive (2b). The plastic layer is provided with fabric which is adjusted diagonally with a pressurizing agent. The substrate is passed between two plates which are arranged at a distance from each other. One plate is a heating plate (3) and other plate is a heated pressure plate (4). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a climbing fur with a nap; and (2) a unit for the execution of the method.

Das Verfahren dient zum Herstellen eines Steigfells, das wenigstens ein Substrat, beispielsweise ein Grundgewebe (2a) und auf diesem einen Flor (2) mit geneigten Fasern (5) aufweist. Auf das Substrat (2a) wird eine Schicht aus einem plastischen Kleber (2b) aufgetragen. Die plastische Schicht (2b) wird mit Fasern (5) versehen, beispielsweise beflockt. Wenigstens die Fasern (5) werden erwärmt und mit einem Druckmittel (10) schräg gestellt. Vorzugsweise wird das mit stehendem Flor (2) versehene Substrat (2a) zwischen zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Platten (3, 4) hindurchgeführt, wobei die eine Platte eine Heizplatte (3) und die andere eine beheizte Druckplatte (4) ist.
