The glue coating device has a supporting plate (25) which is provided at the both sides of a thrust bearing (5) or a glue distribution chamber (7), so that the glue (20) is removed from a glue reservoir under rotation of the supporting plate, where the glue reservoir is not contacted to the thrust bearing. The glue absorbed by the supporting plates is conveyed over, particularly internal, supply line (13) of glue distribution chamber. An independent claim is included for a method for coating glue on a material strip of the tobacco processing industry of a thrust bearing.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leimauftragungsvorrichtung der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie zum Auftragen von Leim auf einen Materialstreifen (10) der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie mittels einer, vorzugsweise Näpfchen aufweisenden, Rasterwalze (5), wobei an der Rasterwalze (5) eine Leimverteilungskammer (7) angeordnet ist, aus der Leim mittels der Rasterwalze (5) entnommen wird. Die Leimauftragungsvorrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass an den beiden Seiten der Rasterwalze (5) und/oder der Leimverteilungskammer (7) jeweils eine Aufnahmescheibe (25) vorgesehen ist, so dass mittels der Aufnahmescheiben (25) Leim aus einem die Rasterwalze (5) nicht berührenden Leimvorrat (20) unter Rotation der Aufnahmescheiben (25) entnommen wird, wobei der von den Aufnahmescheiben (25) aufgenommene Leim über, vorzugsweise interne, Versorgungsleitungen (13) der Leimverteilungskammer (7) zugefördert wird.
