[origin: EP2110294A2] The transport device (10) has a frame construction (12), where running wheels (16), steering wheels (18) and operating elements (28) are provided on the frame construction adjacent to a bearing pressure device (14) for an article to be transported and/or a person to be transported. Supports are provided at a free end of a climbing leg (20) and spaced from each other. An end of the one of the supports is arranged in a torque-proof supporting body (21), and another support exhibits a rotatable rolling body.
