Abstract (en)
The device has a supply container (1) for storing a bulk material of individual products, and a perforated plate (4) arranged downstream of a product outlet (2) of the supply container on a base stand. The perforated plate serves to receive the individual products from the product outlet and to move the individual products in a transport direction, when broken products and dust are removed. A bulk material leveler (9) is formed as a leveler strip that rotates around a pivot axis (8), where the bulk material leveler is arranged downstream of the product outlet above the perforated plate.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Übergabe von in einem Vorratsbehälter (1) gelagerten, aus Einzelprodukten gebildeten Schüttgut an eine die Einzelprodukte in die Näpfe einer kontinuierlich oder getaktet bewegten Folienbahn transferierenden Transfereinrichtung, mit einer dem Produktauslauf (2) des Vorratsbehälters (1) stromab nachgelagerten Lochplatte (4), die auf einem Grundgestell (24) angeordnet ist. Stromab zum Produktauslauf (2), oberhalb der Lochplatte (4) ist ein um eine Schwenkachse (8) drehbarer Schüttgutnivellierer (9) angeordnet.
