Abstract (en)

The lance holder for lance pipe (2), comprises a clamping head (3), which comprises a fixing part (4) and a clamping part (5), to which a sealing sleeve (6) is arranged and clamped by the fixing part. The lance pipe is provided with a contact member, in which an adjustable pressure element is led to the longitudinal axis of the lance pipe in a right-angled manner and a pressure bevel of the clamping part is formed. The pressure bevel corresponds to the pressure elements, which are adjustably arranged over the pressure bevel against the wall of the lance pipe in a homogeneous manner. The lance holder for lance pipe (2), comprises a clamping head (3), which comprises a fixing part (4) and a clamping part (5), to which a sealing sleeve (6) is arranged and clamped by the fixing part. The lance pipe is provided with a contact member, in which an adjustable pressure element is led to the longitudinal axis of the lance pipe in a right-angled manner and a pressure bevel of the clamping part is formed. The pressure bevel corresponds to the pressure element. The pressure elements are adjustably arranged over the pressure bevel against the wall of the lance pipe in a homogeneous manner, and are produced in a point-type and/or line-type pressure load on the wall. Three balls are arranged as pressure elements. The fixing part comprises an intermediate external wall on the side opposite to the contact member, and starting wedge insertable in a protection housing (9). The clamping part comprises a locking sleeve, which surrounds the clamping part and is adjustably formed on an external thread of the protection housing. A ball bearing is arranged between the top wall of the clamping part and the clamping wall of the locking sleeve. A non-return valve is arranged between the sealing sleeve and a back fire protection, and over which the lance pipe inserted to a stop element is influenced and is releasably implemented to the gas flow in an open manner. An open return valve is intended on the side of the back fire protection, which is arranged with safety device housings detachably connected with the valves. The fixing part, the clamping part and the sealing sleeve are formed by 3-4 mm for metric and group dimensions.

Ein durch hohe Betriebssicherheit gekennzeichneter Lanzenhalter 1 ist mit einer Halterung bzw. Rohrfixierung ausgerüstet, die ein Drehen auch eines abgebogenen Lanzenrohres 2 im Lanzenhalter 1 sicher verhindert. Der Spannkopf 3 verfügt über ein Fixierteil 4 und ein Spannteil 5, die eine punktförmige Fixierung über entsprechend verschiebbare Druckelemente 16 in Form von Kugeln 20 sicherstellen. Drei solcher Kugeln 20, 20' sind über den Umfang verteilt angeordnet und sorgen für eine sichere und einen großen Toleranzbereich bezüglich der Abmessung der Lanzenrohre 2 ermöglichende Fixierung. Dieser große Toleranzbereich wird weiter dadurch gesichert, dass Dichthülsen 6 mit größerem Innendurchmesser eingesetzt werden können. Diese werden durch das Einschieben eines Ansatzkeils 22 direkt und ohne Stauchen an die Wandung 18 des Lanzenrohres 2 sicher angedrückt.
