[origin: EP2110470A2] The spinning or doubling frame has a single spindle drive, and multiple spindle drive electronic units of a section and a section electronic unit (3), which are arranged on a common printed circuit board. The spindle drive electronic units are connected with the section electronic unit over data lines in the form of conductive strips (34). The section electronic unit is connected over a connecting interface (35) and a data line (33) with a machine control unit. The spindle drive electronic unit is connected with a spindle drive over connecting interface and feeders.
