The monitoring device has a transmission unit arranged on a lengthwise relocated connecting rod, and a receipt unit (3) with a base component (9) and a receiving unit (10). The base component has screw holes (11) for screw connection with a fixed component of a window. The receiving unit has an electronic component group for collection of the position of the transmission unit. The position of the receiving unit is adjustable in relation to the base component. The transmission unit has a transmitter formed as Radio frequency identificationtransponder or as magnet.

Eine Überwachungseinrichtung (1) zur Erfassung der verriegelten Stellung eines Fensters hat eine Empfangseinheit (3) mit einem gegenüber einem Grundteil (9) verschieblichen Empfangsteil (10). Das Empfangsteil (10) weist eine Antenne (14) zur Erfassung der Position einer Sendeeinheit (5) auf. Eine Rasterung mit einer Reihe von Rastnasen (18) und einem federnden Rasthaken (19) hält die Position des Empfangsteils (10) gegenüber dem Grundteil (9). Die Überwachungseinrichtung (1) ist einfach aufgebaut und lässt sich einfach justieren.
