The device has assembled elements (10) fixed to a top part of an information kit (3), where the elements spaced from distance lower than width (2') of an end piece (2) of a pole (1). The elements comprise openings such that the end piece of the pole is inserted simultaneously in openings of the elements for moving an assembly formed by the information kit and the elements from a lower position to an upper position, and inversely.

Un dispositif d'affichage comporte des moyens de suspension 19 permettant au dispositif d'affichage d'être accroché en position haute d'affichage, et d'en être décroché et descendu en position basse de changement d'affiches, par le biais d'une perche 1 dont l'embout 2 est apte à s'insérer dans une ouverture du dispositif d'affichage, la perche 1 et le dispositif d'affichage étant de formes associées. Le dispositif d'affichage comporte une affiche 3 et au moins deux éléments rapportés 10, fixés à l'affiche 3 dans sa partie haute, espacés d'une distance inférieure à la largeur 2' de l'embout 2 de la perche 1, et comportant chacun une ouverture, de telle sorte que l'embout 2 de la perche 1 puisse s'insérer simultanément dans les ouvertures des éléments rapportés 10 pour manoeuvrer l'ensemble constitué par l'affiche 3 et les éléments rapportés 10, des positions basses aux positions hautes, et inversement.
