[origin: WO2008089858A1] The invention relates to a water-miscible emulsion concentrate containing oil, comprising: I) an oil component, II) an emulsifier system containing: a) ethoxylates/propoxylates of fatty alcohols with between 8 to 18 C atoms in the alcohol, with between 2 and 6 ethylene oxide units and between 4 and 8 propylene oxide units and b) fatty alcohols and/or fatty alcohol propoxylates with between 12 and 24 C atoms in the alcohol and between 0 and 3 propylene oxide units and/or the distillation residue of said fatty alcohols; and III) an anti-corrosion system containing: a) straight-chained and/or branched carboxylic acids and/or phosphonic acids with between 6 and 12 C atoms. Said emulsion concentrate is characterised in that the emulsifier system (II) also contains one or more alkoxylated fatty amines (IIc). The invention also relates to an oil-in-water emulsion used as an application solution of the emulsion concentrate for processing light alloys, especially aluminium and magnesium and the alloys thereof and to the use of said emulsion as a cleaning, anti-corrosion and cooling lubricant emulsion, especially for machining metal.
