[origin: EP2111986A2] The clamping device (10) comprises a clamping unit (100) with a slot (110), where the clamping unit is arranged, such that the slot extends slantingly in the radial direction of a plate cylinder (1) by integration in the plate cylinder. A printing plate (20) has acute angle chamfer in leading edge (21), which is incorporated in the slot.
