Abstract (en)
The device separates an individual clip from a clip belt (2), where a direction of the clip belt is multiply changed. The clip belt is guided into a guiding pipe (6) that is curved corresponding to a given direction. The pipe comprises a recess at inner side, and a roller (12) is engaged in the recess and surface of the roller lie in middle of the guiding pipe. The roller is rotatably supported on a roller block that is secured at the guiding pipe. The belt is made of metal, plastic, paper or cardboard.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Führen eines Clipbandes(2) von einer Vorratsrolle (1) über Ausgleichsrollen (3, 4, 5) zu einer Verpackungsmaschine, wobei die Richtung des Clipbandes (2) mehrfach verändert wird. Das Clipband (2) ist mindestens teilweise in einem Führungsrohr (6) geführt, wobei das Führungsrohr (6) entsprechend der vorgegebenen Richtung gebogen ist und mindestens zwei Richtungsänderungen aufweist. An der Innenseite einer Biegung des Führungsrohres (6) kann eine Aussparung vorgesehen sein, in die mindestens eine Rolle (12, 13) eingreift, deren Umfangsfläche etwa in der Mitte des Führungsrohres (6) liegt. Die Einrichtung kann auch zur Führung bandförmiger Spann-, Verschluss- oder Umreifungsbänder aus Metall, Kunststoff, Papier, Pappe oder Kombinationen derartiger Materialien eingesetzt werden, bei denen die Widerstandsmomente der beiden Seiten des bandförmigen Materials mindestens im Verhältnis 1:2 voneinander abweichen, angewendet werden.
